Celebrating 20 Years of Service

Lafayette Pointe loves to celebrate our newest employed to our longest. Each staff member has a different and unique journey, and to bring them into our family is a privilege. We have the honor of celebrating the longevity of our Medical Records employee, Pam Cox!

Pam has worked at the Lafayette Pointe and our sister facility, Claymont Health, for the past 20 years and has worked in the healthcare industry for the past 36 years. We are so lucky that she chose to spend her career with us, making a difference every day. Pam used to be a Nurse, but after an injury, she had to rethink her career. She didn't want to leave the long-term care industry, so she began working in the office of Medical Records. Her favorite part about her job is talking to the residents and being able to help them.



Pam has lived in Uhrichsville her whole life. Some of her hobbies include coaching softball, fishing, crocheting, most importantly, hanging out with her family. She has a husband named Brian, two daughters and five granddaughters. Some items on Pam's bucket list are swimming with dolphins and being able to take her husband to Alaska.
