Meet our new Dietary Manager at Lafayette Pointe, Willie Welsh! We've had the pleasure of having Willie with us for about two years in a different role, but she is excited about her new position with the facility. Willie is spectacular at her job, helping our residents enjoy delicious meals and snacks while getting their required nutrients. She does a great job listening to their needs and making them feel heard and valued.
Willie has been working in healthcare for the past 20 years. The driving force that has kept her in this line of work is making the residents happy. When she makes them smile, it fills her heart with joy and fulfillment.
"I love to go above and beyond to make them smile and be happy," expressed Willie.
Willie is originally from Dresden, Ohio, and grew up in East Liverpool. In her free time, she enjoys fishing, scrapbooking, and spending time with her family. She has a boyfriend of 20 years, two daughters, and ten grandchildren. Two items on her bucket list are to go jet skiing and own a pontoon boat.
