Welcoming Our New Maintenance Director

We’ve been welcoming some new faces to our team at Lafayette Pointe! Our skilled nursing facility is humbled to provide exceptional care to our residents. In doing so, we know that we have to fill our team with employees who are dedicated to our Culture of Care. One of our employees has exemplified these values and stood out amongst their co-workers. We'd like to take a moment to highlight our new Maintenance Director, Robbie Howell!



Although Robbie is new to Lafayette Pointe, he is not new to working in the healthcare industry. About 15 years ago, he used to work as a Cook at Kendal of Granville. He chose to work in healthcare because he enjoys helping people. Robbie’s favorite part about his job is seeing residents or his coworkers happy when something gets fixed.

Robbie was born in Coshocton and raised in Newark. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family. He has a wife of five years, Emilie, and a son, Benson. Some of his hobbies include playing with his son, working on his house and playing golf. A few items on his bucket list are to see the world, take his son to Disney World and retire early.
